Richard Carpenter - Board Member

Richard Carpenter

Chairman

Richard Carpenter served on TFCU’s Supervisory Committee from 2004 to 2017 and as a Board member since December 2017. Mr. Carpenter has unique experience with Essex County, is a sports official and belongs to various organizations. He resides in Mineville NY.

   

Richard Malaney - 1st Vice Chairman

1st Vice Chairman

Richard Malaney has served on TFCU’s Board since 1987 and is currently 1st Vice Chair.  He has significant experience working in the electric power industry, serves on a variety community boards and has served as a Board Chairman with a previous credit union.  Mr. Malaney resides in Putnam Station, NY

       

Peter Reale

Peter Reale

2nd Vice Chairman & Secretary

Peter Reale has served on TFCU’s Board since 1992 as is currently the Secretary. Mr. Reale is Vice President of Reale Construction, a third-generation Road & Bridge contractor and holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Reale has significant additional volunteer experience with several community organizations and boards including the Ti Revitalization Alliance and Hudson Headwaters Health Network. He is a lifelong resident of Ticonderoga.

 

 

   

Shawn Hayes

Treasurer/Board Member

Shawn Hayes has served as TFCU’s Board Treasurer since July 2011 and the President / CEO since April 2011.  He served as TFCU’s Chief Financial Officer & Human Resources Director from 2000 to 2011.  He holds a BS in Accounting and Business and an AAS in Business Administration along with various industry certifications.  Additional previous experience includes audit, finance and human resources administration in banking, higher education and municipal government.

       

Anne Dreimiller - Board Member

Board Member

Anne Dreimiller has served on TFCU’s Board since 1998. Mrs. Dreimiller is a member of the Governance, Budget, and Delinquency Committees. She has a dedicated and successful career as an educator and administrator with Ticonderoga Central Schools and has resided in Ticonderoga since 1974.

 

   

John Lenhart - Board Member

Board Member

John Lenhart has served on TFCU’s Board since 2001. He has served in multiple responsible positions with International Paper for 30 years.  Mr. Lenhart resides in Ticonderoga.

 

 

       

Patrick Ida - Board Member

Patrick Ida

Board Member

Patrick Ida has served on TFCU’s board since January 2017. He owns and operates a Certified Public Accounting firm in Ticonderoga. Mr. Ida holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and is also licensed by the State of New York as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Ida has significant volunteer service experience with several area organizations/boards and resides in Ticonderoga.

   

Richard McClintock

Board Member

Richard McClintock joined TFCU's Board in 2019.   He loved his career as a teacher of mathematics for 40 years, including 30 years at the Ticonderoga Central School District.   Rick resides in Ticonderoga.

 

 

       

Shana Macey

Shana Macey

Board Member

Shana Macey is President of Crown Point Telephone, an NYS Certified Woman Business Enterprise providing telecommunications services to businesses and residences within Crown Point, NY. In addition to operating this locally owned, multi-generational business, Shana and her husband Tony expanded its operations in 2013 through the establishment of their subsidiary Bridge Point Communication, which provides fiber to the home in many areas of Crown Point, Ticonderoga, Port Henry, Mineville, and Moriah. In addition to having more than 25 years within the telecommunications industry, Shana has served on multiple local, regional, and state Boards of Directors, bringing a well-rounded skillset to the Boardroom table.

 

   

 

William Morse

William Morse

Associate Board Member

William Morse received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1973 from the University of Massachusetts, completing his Masters of Business Administration the following year.   He was a financial officer at two corporations and, in 1995, went on to own and operate a sporting business.

In 2002 he received his teaching certification from Central Connecticut College and soon started teaching business at Ticonderoga High School, retiring in 2017.

He has volunteered as a driver for Monadnock at Home and Contoocook Valley Transportation Company, Treasurer for Inter-Community Mental Health Group in East Hartford, Connecticut, and as a member of TFCU’s Supervisory Committee.

Morse is an avid fisherman, bicyclist, gardener, and hiker.  He has completed the 46 Adirondack High Peaks while also leading group hikes for several years for the ADK Mountain Club.
