Updates Regarding COVID -19

BRANCH STATUS:

Starting Monday, December 21st ALL TrailNorth branch lobbies will be closed and we will serve members at the drive-thru and with technology only.

Save yourself a trip to a branch by using digital banking or by giving us a call at (518) 585-6725. You can also apply for a loan online and sign your loan documents electronically. Certain in-person accommodations may be made by contacting the branch.

FINANCIAL HARDSHIP

We are aware that some of our members may experience financial hardship as a result of the Coronavirus.  We want you to know that TrailNorth Federal Credit Union is here to help.    Should you find yourself in need of financial assistance, please contact us at 518-585-6725 or click here to have someone contact you.   

To help our local businesses, we recently worked with the Small Business Administration (SBA) to become a certified SBA lender so we may provide loans under the Paycheck Protection Program.  Learn More

 

Hours

  • 9 am to 4 pm - Monday - Friday
  • 9 am to 12 pm - Saturday at our Port Henry and Ticonderoga branches.  The Elizabethtown branch is CLOSED on Saturday.

Carefully read the below information regarding our daily operations as we have developed a plan to ensure that you can continue to access cash, our products and services as well as the TrailNorth team should you need assistance. 

Accessible at our Drive-Thru, during normal business hours, members may:

  • Make deposits
  • Withdrawals
  • Cash checks
  • Make loan payments
  • Request money orders or certified checks
  • Participate in shared branching transactions

If you are unsure whether your transaction can be processed through the drive-thru, please call ahead.

Please note: Our Ticonderoga branch ATM will be closed during regular business hours so members can SAFELY access our drive-thru services.
