As we do our best to navigate State and Federal mandates on social distancing and business functions and consider how we can best maintain a safe and healthy work environment while also providing you with access to the financial services you need in these unprecedented times, we have taken the following actions:

  • We have created a rotating schedule for member service staff so that they may have less exposure by not coming into the branch every day.
  • Any employee that can work remotely is doing so at this time.

As you are already aware, we have temporarily shifted our branch operations to a drive-thru only model. We continue to monitor and assess the situation; we will keep you up-to-date on any changes regarding branch lobby openings.

We remain open for business to make loans, take deposits, and provide other financial services to members during this time of uncertainty. We wanted to remind members of the availability to conduct many of their banking needs via other service channels that do not require a visit to the branch. We receive a high volume of calls from members to check an account balance. Checking your TrailNorth account balance can easily done, 24/7 using our Online and Mobile banking services.
