Important information regarding COVID-19

Our top priority at TrailNorth Federal Credit Union is the safety and well-being of our members and employees. The spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is top of mind for many of us at this moment.

What are we doing?

Our branches remain open at this time. We are closely monitoring the latest developments and following the guidance of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We have reminded our staff of this guidance to limit the spread of the illness:

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces throughout the day.
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, or cough or sneeze into your sleeve.

We want you to be able to do your banking quickly and easily. Our online and mobile banking services are available for your convenience. Pay bills, send money, check your account balance, apply for a loan and even make deposits using our mobile app – it’s easy and accessible 24/7.
